Mentions the performances by various actors including Arthur Sinclair, Sara Allgood, J.M. Kerrigan and Fred O'Donovan. He says of Sara Allgood's performance in 'The Travelling Man': "When Miss Sara Allgood makes herself disagreeable she can be very disagreeable indeed (of which more anon) ... Miss Allgood's acting of the woman very spirited and needless to say extremely realistic. She might however have devoted a little more thought and care of execution to the individuality underlying the part. She could, I am sure, with her talent and understanding have made it a little more consistent..."
