With two postcards saying Ibsen's Little Eyolf and Riemann's Dictionary of Music are unavailable, February, March 1934, invoice dated 31 August 1938 annotated in hand of James Joyce: 'Please bring this down to 500fr. Still I don't see how it keeps so high as I don't order any books and keep paying off. Also £1 to Dublin. I have had no news of Giorgio or Helen since you left. Weather broken all the time. I hope Mrs Léon is well again. Did you ring Delmas on Sat? Salutations cordiales, J.J.'
