Description:The purpose of the announced Ard Fheis is: "To authoritatively and decisively interpret the Constitution of the Organisation, with special reference to the situation created by the Articles of Agreement for a Treaty between Great Britain and Ireland, signed in London on the 6th December, 1921, and its approval by Dáil Eireann by sixty-four votes to fifty-seven, so as to decide the policy of the Organisation in view of possible forthcoming elections".
